Project Angel Lagoon
Angel Lagoon is the first of many more to come into the Houston area. This is a public access lagoon with multiple amenities on a 54 acre plot that brings the beach life to cities. Amenities to include multiple beaches, rest/shower areas, outdoor entertainment areas with a swim-up bar and a main palapa that hosts a bar & grill. We are amid construction with the anticipated opening date of memorial weekend 2024. Check back on our continued progress!
Wells Fargo San Antonio Campus
This project is a 45,000 square foot corporate office renovation for Wells Fargo. Everything was demoed back to provide a blank slate for first gen prototype buildout. Our scope was to include luxury lighting with extensive controls, general power and furniture connections for furniture feeds. Our completion is the end of April 2024.
Amazon DMO3 EVSG
Medium voltage power project focused on establishing comprehensive switchgear infrastructure that will facilitate the installation of future Amazon EV pedestals, thereby enhancing charging capabilities for the fleet of delivery vans dedicated to electric vehicles.
Amazon WTX9
Construction project encompassing a substantial 35,000 square foot facility, designed as a state-of-the-art last mile delivery station for Amazon, ensuring efficient logistics and streamlined operations to enhance the speed of package delivery to customers.
Bank Of America Renovations
Provide Bank of America renovations across Texas on an assortment of facilities ranging from light scope refreshes to high scope layout changes. Inclusive of interior & exterior lighting retrofits, Millwork & furniture layout changes, and power requirements.
Floor & Décor Sugarland TX
75,000 square foot ground-up construction of a brand new Floor & Decor storefront relocating from another location.
Ridgeland Hills Amenity Center
Ground-up construction of a vibrant community amenities center in Houston, designed to enhance the livability and social experience of residents in the area.
Tractor Supply Junction TX
Wells Fargo S.A. Campus
45,000 square foot renovation of Wells Fargo corporate level 2, significantly aiding in the strategic consolidation of office space to enhance operational efficiency and foster a collaborative work environment.
